Do I have to sign a contract?
No. analysis-one is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts of commitments on your part.
If you cancel, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again.
When will I be billed?
analysis-one is billed in advance on a monthly basis. You will be billed on the day of sign-up and on the
same day (or nearest business day) each month thereafter.
When does my subscription commence?
Your subscription commences when you click the ‘buy now’ link and provide payment details.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via Visa and Mastercard credit cards. All prices are in US dollars.
Can I cancel at anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from within your analysis-one account.
How do I cancel my account?
You can click the cancel link on the ‘Account Settings’ page. If you cancel the Service before the end
of your current paid up month, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again. There will
be no refunds or credits for partial months of service.
